YOGA WORKS FOR SIENNA
British actress SIENNA MILLER credits her yoga practice with helping her
through the most stressful year of her life.
The ALFIE star has battled constant media scrutiny since her former fiance
JUDE LAW admitted to an affair with his children's nanny in March (05), but she
is convinced the meditation-based exercise gave her the strength to see it
through.
She says, "My mother is a yoga teacher and I used to sit in on her classes,
so I have been doing that from a young age. It makes me feel good.
"If I do it for 10 minutes, I can go back to a state of tranquility and get
some peace of mind, which is very important because this is a chaotic
lifestyle."
In other news the model/actress has laughed off reports she will become the next
JAMES BOND girl, claiming a role alongside 007 would ruin her burgeoning
career.
The majority of Bond girls, including BARBARA BACH, IZABELLA SCORUPCO, MARYAM
D'ABO and CAREY LOWELL, have failed to capitalise on the international exposure
following their high-profile appearances.
After Miller's LAYER CAKE co-star and alleged ex-lover DANIEL CRAIG was
chosen to replace PIERCE BROSNAN as Bond in October (05), the British press
were quick to tout the blonde beauty as a perfect companion for 007.
However, Miller says, "I don't think it's the right time for me to be a Bond
girl. It may undo all the hard work I have been doing this year."
