'Lost' beauty Michelle Rodriguez could face a jail term if prosecutors decide she violated her probation by drink-driving.

The stunning star - who plays sexy Ana Lucia in the hit show - was charged with alleged driving under the influence after being pulled over in Hawaii on Wednesday (01-12-05).

The actress was released on $500 bail and must now attend a driver's license revocation hearing after Christmas.

Last year, brunette Rodriguez reportedly pleaded no contest to three misdemeanours - a hit and run, driving with a suspended license, and driving under the influence.

She completed an alcohol program and is serving a three-year probation term. If police decide the 27-year-old - who plays a police officer in 'Lost' - has violated her probation, she could face prison.

Frank Mateljan, a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, said: "We always take DUI matters seriously


"It's always disappointing to see someone, especially a rising star on a hit show, to allegedly fall back on these patterns. We'll be giving this case a good look"
