Michael Jackson will never live in America again after a series of threats, his father has claimed.
The singer, who was found innocent of child abuse earlier this year, has been living in Bahrain since his court case finished in June. Joseph Jackson said his son will now return to the US only for work and visits.
He revealed: "He'll come back to America to visit, but not to stay, not to live. They didn't treat him right here. I know if I was him, I wouldn't come back"
He also admitted Michael, who is reportedly working on a Hurricane Katrina benefit single in London, could reunite the Jackson 5.
Joseph, who managed the group - made up of his five sons - in the '60s, said Michael's siblings were planning a new single, but wanted him to be part of it.
He added to Associated Press: "I'm trying to motivate them to go ahead and do this record. They want to do it, but they're too slow They'd rather do it with Michael"
