'Footballers' Wives' star Lucia Giannecchini was terrified filming a lesbian love scene.

The actress confessed she was clueless about what to do when she shot the saucy romp with co-star Phina Oruche.

She said: "It was one of the hardest things I've ever done.

"It's nerve-wracking enough when it's a stranger and a bloke, but it was like, 'How do you kiss a girl?'

Lucia also revealed the love scene was the first time she'd ever kissed another girl.

She added to Britain's More magazine: "I've never even kissed a girl. Phina is the first girl I've ever kissed and I was the first girl she ever kissed."
