Liv Tyler has given birth to a baby boy.
The 'Lord of the Rings' actress and her rocker husband Royston Langdon have become the proud parents of their first child, who weighed a healthy 8lb.
Royston and Liv's father, Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler, were both believed to have been at the birth.
Sources claimed that Liv had a "short labour and easy delivery" at the New York Presbyterian Hospital.
Liv's spokesman, Steven Huvane, revealed: "It went well and mother and baby
are feeling fine."
The baby boy, whose name has not yet been revealed, is said to have
inherited his mother and grandfather's famous full lips.
The "thrilled" new mother reportedly told friends: "My baby is so handsome I can't stand it."
Earlier this month, it was reported that Liv thought she would have a baby girl - because her nose had widened.
Hollywould Shoes representative Alice Sykes, who recently discussed
motherhood with Liv, revealed: "She told me she had been at Bigelow's and
the assistant told her, 'You're having a girl in a week and a half.'
Apparently, the woman told her you can tell when you are having a girl
because your nose goes wide."
