Denise Richards named sexiest mum 2007-01-01

Denise Richards has been voted Hollywood's sexiest mum.

The screen beauty, who has two daughters, Sam and Lola, from her tempestuous marriage to actor Charlie Sheen, beat a host of stunning star mothers to land the flattering honour.

'Legally Blonde' actress Reese Witherspoon came second, Angelina Jolie, who has two adopted children, was placed in third position, while Kate Hudson came fourth.

Other stars in the top ten, compiled by US magazine In Touch, included Britney Spears, supermodel Heidi Klum, who recently gave birth to her and husband Seal's first child together Henry, Courteney Cox and Gwyneth Paltrow - who has a daughter Apple with husband Coldplay star Chris Martin.

Meanwhile, Richards is rumoured to be giving her marriage to estranged husband Sheen a second chance for the sake of their daughters. The pair split earlier this year amid rumours the bad-boy actor, famed for his womanising, had cheated on his wife with prostitutes.

The 34-year-old former Bond girl had filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences", but the couple were recently spotted at Charlie's father Martin Sheen's birthday sharing a loving kiss.
