Daniel Radcliffe wants to be a film director.

The handsome star says when the 'Harry Potter' movies finish he wants to make his name by directing one critically-acclaimed movie and then quit.

He said: "Ultimately I would like to direct movies. I'd like to direct one really good film and that would be more than enough. But I want to be an actor. I enjoy doing it."|

Meanwhile, Daniel has revealed he spent eight months in bed after filming the last 'Harry Potter' movie.

When asked what he has been doing since filming finished, the 16-year-old revealed to Britain's TV Hits magazine: "I stayed in bed for eight months. I start my A-levels in September."
