Anna Nicole Smith Aide Blasts Howard K. Stern 2007-02-23

Add another name to the list of people who despise Howard K. Stern: Anna Nicole Smith’s former assistant, Kimberly Walther.

In a rambling, venom- and exclamation-point-filled blog on her Web site, the onetime Girl Friday, who appeared on Stern’s E! reality show and used to live with Smith, attacks Stern as a slippery, slimy lawyer who was not at all as close to the tragic bombshell as he claims he was.

"You never slept in the same bed with Anna!" Walther fumes on the blog. "You crawled in there after she fell asleep. She never invited you to her bed! The burial plots were bought by you, you sicko. That is the only way you could think of to finally get to sleep next to her each night. After you are dead - because it wasn’t happening while she was living."

Walther says Stern’s testimony in a Florida courtroom this week has been a joke: "Howard . . . you lied on the stand . . . You said you do not gain [monetarily] by being executor of Anna Nicole’s will? What about that document you had her sign once you won the huge award from [the] Howard Marshall estate? Do you get 10 percent or 100 percent? . . . What a [bleeping] liar!"

Walther also says she doesn’t believe in the will that left all of Smith’s money to her late son, Daniel.

"You know she was obsessive about taking care of her child," Walther fumes. "What did you do with the updated will? Or did it not benefit you?"

Walther warns Stern she won’t remain silent much longer: "I’m going to show up, when you least expect me! I have my own tapes. You had no right making a fool out of Anna like you did."

She claims that Larry Birkhead is the true father of Smith’s newborn, Dannielynn - "Larry only wanted the best for Anna Nicole. He tried to do the right thing by her and his daughter. Larry, you are my hero."

Walther then goes on to deliver a final swipe at Stern: "Do I ever want to see your snout again? No, I value my health too much and your track record is not good - people are dying around you."

Stern did not return calls.

Kim says she’s come forward because an impersonator has set up a defamatory Website on the Internet, pretending to be her. She wants people to know that she has nothing but kind things to say about Howard, Anna and Daniel.
